These customized off sites give your team members the space to develop trust, develop each other, and refocus around the highest priorities. Scheduled “face time” with each other quarterly, annually, and as needed for even a half day dramatically impacts who a team is and what they can do. Team coaching is facilitated around your objectives. Team coaching can strengthen teams, renew commitments to existing priorities, lay out succession plans, and re-orient team members in a rapidly changing environment.
