Dr. Jeffrey Boersma is a seasoned executive coach and leadership developer with more than 25 years of experience helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. As the founder of Discovery Coaching Services, he specializes in executive coaching, coach certification, leadership development, and facilitating transformative off-site experiences for professional teams.
Drawing on a unique blend of academic training and hands-on business experience, Dr. Boersma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctorate of Leadership. He has earned Advanced Coaching Certification through CoachNet, is a Master Discovery Coach, and holds three additional professional coaching certifications.
Having grown up in a family manufacturing business, which was later sold through an ESOP, Jeff understands both the challenges of leadership and the power of purpose-driven enterprise. His lifelong appreciation for the plant floor over the front office reflects his grounded approach: leadership is about people first. Throughout his bi-vocational career, he has combined business acumen with a deep commitment to personal growth, faith, and service.
At the heart of Dr. Boersma’s work is a simple but powerful mission: to draw out the greatness within others. He partners with clients to bring clarity, encouragement, and accountability, helping them craft customized pathways from where they are to where they aspire to be.
He is particularly passionate about listening deeply, encouraging others, and developing the next generation of great leaders. His approach reflects both empathy and excellence—balanced by an awareness of the natural tension between perfectionism and grace, passion and rest, introversion and connection.
Beyond his professional calling, Jeffrey is deeply rooted in family and heritage. Married to his wife Michelle for 37 years, they are the proud parents of three adult children—Morgan (Bill), Marc (Anna), and Gabrielle (Drew)—and grandparents to five beloved grandchildren. As the grandson of immigrants and a member of a remarkably large extended family (his father one of 11 siblings and his mother one of 7), Jeffrey’s sense of gratitude, community, and legacy runs deep.

Marc Boersma is an executive coach, strategist, and founder of WellPoint Coaching, where he helps leaders gain clarity, build momentum, and align their passions, values, and strengths to achieve lasting impact. He is also the co-founder of The Lighthouse Followership Institute (LFI), a nonprofit dedicated to redefining how individuals and organizations understand and practice followership—equipping the next generation to lead well by following well. Partnering with Dr. Jeff Boersma, his father, Marc brings the teachings of followership to the breadth of services offered by Discovery Coaching Services.
With a background that spans entrepreneurship, corporate leadership, and organizational development, Marc brings both strategic depth and practical experience to his coaching. He began his career founding and consulting with early-stage startups at Hope College and the Yale School of Management before moving into leadership roles in marketing, business development, and product management. Across every setting, he has been drawn to vision-based execution—identifying the right problems to solve and driving clarity and action around the solutions that matter most.
Over the past five years, Marc has served as a trusted executive coach to leaders across industries. His approach helps clients take inventory of where they are, define where they want to go, and chart a clear, actionable path forward. He’s known for his ability to draw out the wisdom that already exists within others—helping them move with greater confidence, purpose, and speed.

On the Personal Side
Outside of work, Marc is most at home with his wife, Anna, and their two young children. As the middle child between two sisters—and now part of a large extended family of twelve siblings through marriage—he deeply values connection, perspective, and the diversity of relationships that have shaped who he is.
Adventure-minded and naturally curious, Marc enjoys exploring the outdoors, fishing, and playing golf. He finds renewal in places that invite reflection, discovery, and meaningful connection.
