This one year course takes participants through the three essential elements of effective organizational leadership: Mirror Work, Window Work, and Team Work. Great organizational leaders know and lead themselves, they know and lead others through effective engagement, and they create and cultivate high performing teams.

While all leadership is influence, organizational leadership is influence that begins with character but extends well beyond through developed organizational leadership competencies. Monthly class and monthly coaching combine to teach and then gain traction those 3 essential elements centering on over 20 different organizational leadership competencies.
