You want to jumpstart a coaching culture with a critical mass of your team involved. But the time and expense of a year of coach certification for that many people may be out of reach. Coach training exposes your key people to the 10 competencies of coaching in two half day sessions.

This is frequently a great fit for organizations where peer coaching and performance supervision through coaching is highly desired. The training is set up so that participants can immediately put into practice out of the first session the skills they have learned, do some further between session reading and development, then come back usually a month later for the second half day. Many who discover how powerful these competencies are go on to consider the full year of coach certification, though this training is designed to be a standalone.
